It was lightweight and applied evenly to the skin. It also didn't leave my under eye skin feeling oily.
It wasn't hydrating. It flaked and peeled. The gel seemed to leave a sticky and tacky feeling under my eyes.

It's affordable. Soothing when you first put apply it. It's a smooth gel consistency that ends up a little watery. It doesn't have a scent.
It dried my under eyes so bad. My eyelids were peeling after a week of using this. My eyes felt like they were cherries.
