tracking id issue?

can someone help me!!!! I was tracking one of my packages from picky and it told me it was delivered but it wasn’t and so i retracked what i got sent that day and i got some stuff from another brand but it had the same tracking id as the picky item and i did the picky help submissions but no one’s gettin back to me and its due in 9 days !!! what do i do!!!! please help

Same problem here. I wouldn’t worry too much usually they pick up on the issue and extend the submission deadline. I’m currently having issues with two of my items doing the exact same thing. It was 3 but one got extended this morning and it was due tomorrow but the tracking shows it’ll be delivered on Monday.

They’ll reply ,I did send a message to them one time it took a while but they responded .I haven’t won any item before so I can’t really say how it works .i do hope it get sorted out for you .

I received email from UPS Shippisaying your parcel is coming but m not sure whether it is of picky? Did you receive same?
