I'm assuming you mean the Hada Labo lotions, which are essentially hydrating toners. They have several lines/series as can be seen in the guide below.
So in the most famous Gokujyun line, there are two bottles in white, one is the moist version, the other is the light version. I'd recommend the light for oily skin and for summer/tropical weather. Moist is a bit thicker and more hydrating than the light. Then there's the luxurious gold premium bottle which is the thickest and most hydrating of them all. Recommended for dry skin and winters. Dark blue Shirojyun line is basically the whitening line, the green medicated line is targeted for blemish prone skin while the red line is for anti-aging. They are all hydrating toners, so you can choose according to your needs and concerns 🥰

i recommend the Shirojyun line (the blue line): particularly the moist lotion. there are also a serum and a gel cream.

I’ve used the hada labo moisturiser but I don’t really like the texture and it tends to leave a sticky feeling after completing my routine. I’m not sure if it’s not absorbing into my skin thus causing stickiness. and after using about 80% of the jar, it started to give a not so pleasant smell which I don’t think it’s present in the beginning, hence I just bail on this cream and bought moisturiser from another brand. so this is just my experience with this moisturiser 😂
