Picky’s time respond on e-mail

Hi guys! My 2 parcels have been lost. I wrote them via email and have no answer 2 days already. Could somebody share with experience with receiving an answers from them?

Sometimes it takes a week or so for them to respond to emails. I would suggest contacting the carrier so they can locate the parcel for you.
