I have both and both perform the same for me in terms of hydration level.
Only real difference is the price point Etude House soon jung is cheaper.
But the dokdo sheet mask are bomb! I love it!

i tried and love both but i found the dokdo toner more hydrating ! i also noticed that some smoothing and textire benefits which was not the case for soon jung so i would choose the dokdo toner

I've never tried both but I would choose soon Jung for better ingredients and more great reviews

i love both of them , but i prefer the Etude House !
SoonJung has pH about 5.5 n really calmed my irritated , redness skin to healthy and hydrated all day long . i loved the instant cooling effect 💘 .

i havent tried the soonjung toner but dokdo toner is awesome! it's moderately hydrating but the main benefit is the gentle exfoliation. after using for just a month, i saw an improvement in skin texture!! also great for my sensitive skin. highly recommend 😊
