I am very usure what to apply tomorrow in my skincare routine since today i will be applying retinoid...so what should be my routine tomorrow ?? Can i go with my regular routine or i need to make it more gentle for tomorrow?? Also guys how do u use retinoid and if u use sandwich method how long do u wait in between the application of moisturizer n retinoid Your precious comments are appreciated always ☺️ Tia

my advise would be go for a more gentle routine tmr. does ur routine included vitamin c / aha / bha or benzoyl peroxide ? if yes skip them cuz they will cancel out each other when use tgt with retinol. also it’s best to opt for calming/ soothing products that contains ceramide , cica , aloe Vera etc wait till ur moisturiser is fully absorbed by skin then go in with retinol, wait another 10-15 mins then apply another layer of moisturiser ☺️
