Sweet chef Vitamin C
🍋Product: GINGER + VITAMIN C SERUM @sweetchefskincare 🍋Price: $20 for 30ml 🍋Availability: Cult beauty 🍋Texture: serum to gel consistency 🍋Packaging: glass bottle with long dropper. 🍋Key Ingredients: Ginger , Vitamin C , Turmeric root extract. 🍋Brand claims: This brightening ginger serum shot provides a powerful dose of antioxidant-rich ginger and potent vitamin C for a naturally hydrated and radiant complexion 🍋My experience: Vitamin C’s are like my besties.. Sometime they irritate me by getting fast oxidation process and sometimes pamper with clearing acne scars and giving me subtle glow. Sweetchef vitamin c belongs to latter one. 🍋Sweetchef in particular is stable Vitamin C and hasn’t changed its color 🍋Not at all oxidised 🍋It does have very fine fragrance which goes off in a min 🍋The texture is very lightweight and hydrating 🍋There is no tackiness or greasiness post application. 🍋This is one of the gentlest Vitamin C ever used. Highly recommended for beginners. 🍋It has lasted me for good 3 to 3.5 months with a dime sized application every day to my face neck and décolletage. 🍋I can say the serum is pretty good in giving glow and brightens up my face immediately. 🍋It takes longer time to blur my acne scars. 🍋Con: 🍋Unavailablilty in India . 🍋Some people may not find it affordable. 🍋People who use high percentage of Vitamin C may find this very gentle. 🍋Overall I enjoyed using it..!!

Your routine... before you knew any better!
What was your routine before you learned how to properly take care about your skin? Was it using a harsh scrub, a witch hazel toner, washing your face with hot water (guilty), dish soap (guilty as well! 😩), using soap on your face or not using moisturizer at all (I used sometimes in my 25 years)... feel free to share your past horrible routines so we can empathize! Edit: One of the other things I used to do in order to "keep my skin clear" was to pop and squeeze any pimple or bump, including millia, which led to some permanent scarring and dry patches I struggle with even after 3 months. ❌Please, please, don't pop your pimples!❌

August&Sept skin care hauls
Just in almost 2 months, I gained 17 skincare products. And I would like to share some of my thoughts of some of these products. (Not all) 💧Jumiso waterfull hyaluronic cream: I have been using this moisturizer cream for quite awhile, and it's have been my holy grails after trying. It was recommended by one of my close friend and I'm not regret buying it. The moisturizer is considerably light weight, it's suitable for my skin because my skin is combination oily skin. It's hydrating enough for my skin liking. The texture of the moisturizer is not super greasy and the smell is tolerable. ♥️The ordinary 30% AHA + BHA 2% peeling solution: This chemical exfoliant can only be used once in a week because it's super strong. I have problems with stubborn blackheads, altho until now it haven't fully fade yet, but everytime after using the ordinary 30% AHA and 2% BHA peeling solution, I can feel my skin is smoother and the blackheads on my nose&chin appear smaller. My skin is normally used to BHA and AHA products, however the concentration of the peeling solution is very high, it will stings a little and it is totally normal. (🔥Not burning!!) 👵The ordinary retinol 0.5% in squalane: This retinol product is suitable for beginners that wanted to try retinol products. However, it might be a bit too low concentration for me, because I can't tell a huge difference after using it, I probably will advance it to 1% . The texture for this product is oily, so if you dislike oil based products, then you can try retinol cream instead of treatment. I will be sharing these 3 products first. I will keep the others for part 2 or part 3. Feel free to share your current haul down at the comment section 😉

Leaves the skin smooth and fresh.💛 COSRX ACNE PIMPLE MASTER PATCH : Key ingredients 🔑: Cellulose gum, Styrene Isoprene Styrene Block Copolymer, Polysobutylene, Petroleum Resin Texture: on touching it ,it feels like rubber . It's very thin .it's got small bumpy dots . They are 24 in no. And their sizes are different. My experience: This pimple patch is awesome !! 👌 I tried it on my brother's pimple . He is a new teenager ,so he's dealing with a lot of pimples . I applied it on his painful pimple overnight and next morning I just had to very sofly slid a cotton on the pimple and the extraction was done. 😗 my brother said it doesn't hurt anymore.
