Mineral Sunscreen

I've done a lot to fades my dark circles and puffy eyes but it didn't workout like using Caffeine (The Ordinary Caffeine +ECG) Gentle Exfoliator (Lactic Acid) I don't have any allergies at all, I stop eating salty food, lots of sleep. What should I do? Any suggestion?

Any suggestions for Physical/Mineral Sunscreen that is affordable and still have higher broad spectrum coverage? My skin is very sensitive and starting to have melasma and pigmentation because I don't think my sunscreen that I'm using is not enough even though they have PA++++. Please help.

It is easier to spread, goes a long way and doesn’t leave any white cast.

Since its a mineral sunscreen, they tend to not absorb to your skin and sometimes it feels tight. Maybe because I have really dry skin. My advice is have some moisturizer before putting this sunscreen.
