I need some help! I’ve been losing my hair due to rapid weight loss. It’s been breaking and shedding pretty rapidly. Has anyone dealt with this issue and what tips, supplements, oils, products, ANYTHING have you done to stop it and possibly regrow? Any help appreciated ☺️

If you find anything from this brand, you won’t be disappointed! 

This cream is lightweight yet super hydrating! It goes on so smooth and gives a nice glow to the skin. A little goes a long way and it absorbs nicely. I’m OBSESSED with this cream and will continue to repurchase! 

The price point is a little hard to handle.

Can’t go wrong with anything from Caudalie! This is such a great retinol alternative. It contains Resveratrol, Hyalouronic Acid and Vegan Collagen which visibly firms, lifts and smooths the look of wrinkles and leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It’s a lightweight and silky texture that applies effortlessly and a little goes a long way. I saw positive results after the first use! It’s non-comedogenic and good for all skin types! 

ILIYOON  Ceramide ATO Cream is fragrance free, extremely gentle and vegan certified! It provides 100 hours of hydration, soothes & strengthens the skins barrier and relieves discomfort caused by dryness. 

I like to use it on my tretinoin nights for the added hydration. It has prevented my skin from drying out and peeling. It has also repaired my barrier within just 3 days of use. 

I’ll continue to use this cream in my rotation. It’s very gentle yet effective and great for all skin types
