Help find moisturizer for oily skin/but temporarily dry due to treatments

Hi guys, I don't know if this makes any sense, but - My skin is (extremely) oily. - I'm currently using a Retinol, BHA routine. Which makes me look like a snake, but still pour out oil on my face like a fried pan after a few hours. I'm looking for a good lightweight moisturizer that can be used day and night, and help sunscreen (using La Roche Posay Anthelios Anti-shine) a bit less cakey. I'm new to skincare, so every opinion is appreciated. P/s: I'm living in Japan, so some brands are difficult to find, or gotta order from abroad.
