I don’t know if it’s over dose or not because I paired it with my Guam niacinamide which also has 2% Arbutin

Not really a bad review but I didn’t like pairing the toner and the serum 

I like that it contains both Niacinamide and Alpha Arbutin in one product, so I don’t have to waste money buying 2 different items that have similar use.
