Picky12573 review for Milky Tonic

The perfect soothing toner! It smells like soft jasmine and it is very soothing to swipe across the face. It has no tingling or tightness, just milky softness. This toner would absolutely be a pick I would recommend to someone that has skin sensitivity’s! I know that the glow tonic is the HG in the skincare community but I had to work my skin up to love it. This one I would of been able to love right away.
