skincarewithorr review for Niacinamide Brightening Toner

I had to get my hands on this one because: 1) The texture is thick the way I like it, and 2) NIACINAMIDE! I’ve been using it for almost 3 weeks now, and it does not disappoint! I find it super nourishing to use right after waking up, and a little goes a long way with this beautiful clear toner. It also has vitamin C, licorice root and arbutin to fade hyperpigmentation from acne scars, and I’m all for it.
