Pyungkang Yul was created at Pyunkang Korean Medicine Hospital where atopic skin disorders are treated. They use ancient Oriental medicine to achieve holistic body & wellness. They use simple ingredients and don't add colour or fragrance but you will smell the products natural ingredient aromas. I received the very popular Toner Essence housed in the beautiful blue bottle. Notables: 91% Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract which is very hydrating. It's thicker than a regular toner so easy to apply,not sticky and absorps quickly. It left my skin very moisturized but I have oily skin. Dry skin would still need to add a moisturizer on top. I really like this and look forward to using the rest of it. It's also cruelty free ,allergen free  & non-comedogenic so great for all skin types. It's very reasonably priced too.
