Haruharu X PHANTACi Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner
This toner is viscous but spreadable. It has lavender oil in it which can possibly irritate the skin.
This is my favorite from the set because it delivers the proper amount of hydration needed in my opinion. After application, it left my skin soft, plump and glowy.
I have to say the product being scented which might trigger sensitive or irritated skin types. Experienced no side effects but just thought of that to be more inclusive for all skintypes
