Texture. Instantly coola under eye area and a refreshing gel.
Review. It refreshes and firms my eye area, it doesn't feel sticky and absorbs to quickly. It makes my eye area more firmer softer and hydrated. And can also be used as a base before applying eye make up.
The only downside I can see is its availability.
