Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Toner
This is a Moisture barrier strengthening toner,
powered by waterfull 7 complex hyaluronic acid.
At first I thought this is a water like toner, I'm quite surprised that this has quite viscous, serum like texture. It doesn't have any scent nor essential oils so plus points for that. Oh and the packaging is unique in a good way!
This didn't do anything special to my skin, but it's something that I can recommend to those who have super dry flaky skin.
This can be quite sticky because of its texture, it takes time to be fully absorbed by the skin and that's something that I'm not expecting and not a fan of when it comes to toners.
