Pickysushi review for Milky Hydrating Face Toner with Snow Mushroom & Hyaluronic Acid

I bought this toner out of curiosity and this is the first milky toner I've ever tried. The texure is thick and a little slimy. It is moisturizing but not moisturizing enough that you'd use it alone, I'd recommend to use a moisturizer after this. It's non scented.
