No.5 Niacinamide Concentrated Toner Pad
Feels gentle on the skin, and I’m sensitive to vitamin C so this is a great product! I noticed my skin looks brighter and more vibrant. My complexion glows since I’ve been using this.
I just don’t like the tight feeling it gives off after using it. I’d recommend extra hydration after to avoid tightness for drier skin.
