My skin rarely has blackheads/whiteheads. But on my chin (directly under my lips), there are whiteheads that looks like that.
the whiteheads are small, sometimes they get inflamed and turn into pimples. when it becomes pimples, it hurts a lot 😭
i do exfoliate with exfo toner that contain 5% AHA, 1% BHA, and 2% PHA but it didn't get any better.

do u know how to get rid of them?

Unfortunately, on my dry skin, moisturizer in gel form doesn't mosturizing enough, so I usually do layering moisturizers. Maybe this moisturizer will be perfect for oily skin. And it's also unfortunate that the PAO is only 6 months.

i'll be reviewing one of my holy grail for soothing & calming my skin, Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel! this product is kindly gifted by @go.picky @pickyrewards @bentoncosmetic in exchange for my honest review.

tbh i've been using this product since January 2021 and coincidentally when mine was running out, I got another new one from Picky & Benton. yippie!!! thankyou picky!🤩😛 

this soothing gel contains:
🌿Aloe vera : soothing, moisture, nutrition
🍯 Propolis : soothing, protection

🧴this soothing gel is packed in a 100ml green flip-top tube (6M PAO). the size of the hole to get the gel out is just right, so it won't come out too much or overflow. the thing i like the most is, all the boxes of Benton products are 100% made of sugarcane paper & the text written on the box is printed using soy ink. it's biodegradable & environmentally friendly🥺💚

💦it has clear gel texture & smells like aloe vera gel in general. it's super lightweight, easy to absorb, and non-sticky.
before i received this one from picky, i thought it has reformulated bcz i've read some reviews from my moots that it has yellowish color and they said it smells really bad. it was very different from mine which I purchased myself before.
so i do some research and what i found from Benton's website is... it's not reformulated, the color & the fragrance may be differ depending on the crop situation (season in which the ingredients has been collected or climate change).

💭my skin used to experience itches, redness, swollen, and a lot of small pimples appeared after undergoing treatment at the esthetician. my skin was like that for almost a week and I finally decided to buy Benton Aloe Propolis bcz I read some reviews on Twitter. I applied a thick layer of it to my skin before i slept and the morning after that, the redness & itches on my skin immediately gone! i was like?!?!? huh, fr?!?! why didn't i do that sooner???!!!😫✋

conclusions:
✅it's effective in calming/soothing stressed skin & reducing redness.
✅it's a perfect choice of moisturizer to use in the summer.
✅it leaves skin moisturized & hydrated without feeling greasy or sticky (those who got the yellowish gel texture pls don't come after me for saying this😂✌🏻).
🙅‍♀️helps fade acne scars? i think no. brighten the skin complexion? nope.

just a lil tips: we can put it in the fridge for extra cooling effects🥶

Sadly, i don't really like this toner because it makes the skin around my nose stings. I have sensitive skin so skincare with fragrance tends to irritate my skin. It's also too fragrant for me, it feels like i put cologne on my face. I also feel like this toner is just sit on top of my skin when I tried to layering it multiple times.

It has a milky, lightweight texture. To be honest, this kind of texture is something my dry skin would love! It provides enough hydration for my dehydrated skin even just one layer. If you have dry to dehydrated skin and your skin isn't sensitive to fragrance, this toner is definitely worth a try!

because of the gentleness, I feel it's still not clean enough to cleanse sunscreen/make up residue on my face, so I prefer to use it as a morning cleanser.

if you're a fan of gentle cleanser that has no foam or soap, this cleanser will make u fall in love! it has a THICC gel texture but it'll easily melts once it comes in contact with your skin. i usually need 2-3 pumps to fully cleanse my face & neck. it DOESN'T dry out or feels stripping after i wash it off. it's unscented too, so if you're bothered by products that has awful smell, this def will become your fav!

overall i really enjoy using this cleanser and i INSIST u guys to ADD THIS TO YOUR CART ASAP!!🚨😋

if u don't have any particular problems such as acne, redness, or irritation, it'll hard to witnessed any benefits from this product. and sadly, it doesn't provide lasting hydration for those who have dry skin, so u need to layer it with another hydrating products.

i'm sure y'all have seen so many posts about this product and now it's my turn to share my thoughts about this.

✨what is it:
an ampoule made of Centella asiatica extract, fresh from the untouched nature of Madagascar that calms and purifies the skin.

✨key ingredients:
100% of Centella Asiatica Extract

✨ packaging:
packed in a 55ml elegant transparent glass bottle with L-shaped dropper. it's not travel friendly bcz it's made of glass.

✨texture & scent:
the texture is lightweight, very runny (it feels like toner lol) and quickly absorb into the skin without making skin feels greasy. It's fragrance free but I can slightly smell the typical scent of product that contains Centella asiatica, somewhat smells like grass(?) 

✨how to use:
use the pipette to drop a proper amount of the ampoule and evenly apply to the skin.

✨experience:
i use this ampoule in my AM & PM routine after the toner step. i love it since it doesn't make my skin breakout. as for the claims, it does soothes & calms my redness although it takes a long time to works on my skin.
