I didn’t have bad experiences with this product. It might be a little too lightweight for some people but I think it works fine as a layering product.

Lightly hydrating with its centella ingredient but I love it as my alternative to the Cosrx moisture up pads. I usually use this in the morning for light hydrating before putting on sunscreen.

The consistency of the gel cream is exactly what the name suggests, a gel cream.  For me and my very dry skin type, this doesn’t work too well, especially during the winter time.  It offered little to no hydration and soaked into my skin like it was nothing.  I also don’t get blemishes often, so I can’t comment on that either.

The concept of this line is quite interesting.  Using the onion extract to help diminish uneven skin tone, reduce redness and decrease the chance of getting blemishes.  The gel cream did somewhat help with calming my skin down and reducing the redness but it wasn’t a significant amount.

I don’t have much to complain about since this is a straightforward toner.  I’d just hope they come out with a plus version for very dry skin types like their hyaluronic acid toner, that would be perfect!

I received this product for free from Picky and ISNTREE in exchange for my honest review.  Out of the whole onion line, I’m quite impressed with this essence toner.  Compared to the bestseller hyaluronic acid toner from Isntree, this onion new pair essence toner is much more hydrating. It softens the skin, offers better hydration and it is somewhat soothing/ cooling to my dry skin!

Texture wise, it glides onto my lips effortlessly like it is melting into it. It coats my lips well, leaving a gorgeous layer of hydration that lasts about two hours. After it has fully been absorbed, my lips are still hydrated and feeling gorgeous! The shade coral gives me the perfect tint of color, making it perfect for those bare face lazy days.

I wish it was a little bit more hydrating, however I didn’t feel like it was drying at all which is great.

This sunscreen does not leave any white cast, so I’m assuming it is a chemical sunscreen. The texture is light, absorbs into my skin effortlessly and leaves a light layer of hydration. I’d say this is a sunscreen that can be used with all skin types.
