A bit pricy, and unfortunately it comes in a pot so you need to dip your fingers inside. I wish it came with a seperate spatula or applicator as all my spatulas are too big. I always wash my hands after so its not a huge deal.

I also bought this due to Hyram’s recommendation. Very hydrating, i noticed my lips stopped being dry after just one use! I will definitely keep using it and hope it continues to serve me well, i think this is my new favourite lip care product. Nothing else i tried before seemed to hydrate my lips enough. Cute packaging is also a plus. I like the very gentle lavender and herb scent, its not too fragrant, almost like your high school art teacher just walked by you in the hall 😆

When it comes to performance, the only disadvantage I have found with this mask is that for very dry skin you may need to use an occlusive moisturizer on top when leaving it on overnight. 

Of course I would say the price point is a disadvantage as $70+ Canadian dollars is very steep for a treatment most people will only use occasionally. While the jar holds a whopping 140 mL of product, I do believe a mask this expensive should be enclosed in glass as the non-recyclable plastic takes away from the user experience and is not environmentally friendly. The transparency of the packaging also makes me question if light will degrade the beneficial ingredients inside so I keep it in my medicine cabinet to be safe.

My skin is extremely dry and I am trying to use more soothing and hydrating ingredients in my routine, so I got this as a christmas present for myself. I feel like this mask is really helping me get my moisture barrier back in shape and reducing flakiness and tightness. I started off using this for 10 minutes before going out to help reduce redness and reduce moisture loss but now I like leaving it on overnight and will put a layer of occlusive night cream on top. This gets me much more dramatic results as the cream helps the gel stay locked on my face as it prevents evaporation and transfer onto my pillow. Whichever way I use this mask I always feel refreshed, appear less red-faced and my skin feels plump and healthy. I love that there is no fragrance in the formula and how large of a portion it comes in, especially as I prefer using this as a leave on treatment
