I'm having a hard time finding an oil-based cleanser that I like. 

I find that many have fragrance in it or sensitising ingredients in it such as Lavendsr oil. Or that the ones that are made of quality ingredients are very expensive. 

Ironically even the expensive options don't always guarantee well chosen ingredients. For example the La Roche-Posay Lipikar Cleansing Oil has fragrance, as well as the Banila Co. Balms, which also have a few other poor choices in ingredients like BHT and artificial colours.

Id love to hear your recommendations for an afforable, good-quality oil-based cleanser or balm!

Hi guys!

Its recommended to reapply spf every 2 hours but what if you have make up on? How can you apply sunscreen without ruining your make up?

SPF over make-up?

I wanted to get a retinoid and AHA from Paulas Choice but there's so many options im not sure which to pick.

I just want to know which is the strongest/most effective of all their options for both products.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Im a bit worried about the colour as it had a slight orangey ting, which usually means the vitamin c has oxidised. Maybe I was unlucky and bought an off product or thats just what it looks like.

It also not the smoothest to apply. It isn&#39;t thick but it doesn&#39;t glide on the skin easily. It has to be  massaged and its not one of those products where a little seems to go a long way. It feels like a drop will only cover a small area and then you need to apply a other drop to continue the application.

This product is amazing! Its only got quality ingredients, no nasty fragrances or other irritants. And It didn&#39;t irritate my skin, like the vitamin C from The Ordinary did.

It has a smooth texture and is very soothing when put on. I also love the nozzle tip, tjis makes it very easy to get the right amount of product and makes application more hygienic.

It has a faint smell thats a bit strange and hard to describe.

Its also quite thick, and a bit time-consuming when trying to massage iy into the skin. It can take a few minutes to fully absorb. It also leaves a faint, short-lived white cast.

I find that pumping it onto the back of your hand and then applying to a dry, not damp, face helps with this.

All of this is forgiveable for such an affordable  and great quality product

Its got a wide array of amazing ingredients and is very affordable.

The pump releases an inconsistent amount of product depending on how quickly you press it but that&#39;s more of a human error problem. In general, one pump won&#39;t be enough for the whole face anyway.

Its also quite expensive for such a small amount of product.

Its full of amazing ingredients! It doesn&#39;t have any skin sensitising ingredients or frangrances like many other moisturisers do, and it has multiple ceramides 😍

Its got a very smooth and light application. Its also very soothing for the skin

It was very smooth on application and didn&#39;t have a strong smell like the cleanser did. My skin felt quite soft after applying it, instead of tight like hiw some toners leave my skin feeling
