Does anyone have any tips on how to remember each type of moisturizer and how they work (emollient, humectant, or occlusive)? And on top of that, does anyone have any tips on how to tell which category a particular moisturizer fits into?

I absolutely love the FAB Wild Oat Toner. I bought it this past winter and it really saved my sensitive, tret-irritated skin. Now that it's 95°F and humidity is like 80% 🥵 it's a little too much for my oily skin. Can anyone recommend a budget friendly (<$25 USD) hydrating and soothing toner that's light enough for oily skin? I keep hearing great things about Benton's, Isntree's, and Innisfree's green tea toners. I have tried Dickinson's Hydrating toner and it's fine, I'd just like to know what else is out there and give some other products a try.

Hydrating Toners

Can leave skin feeling a bit greasy that lasts throughout the day, which isn&#39;t great for oily skin. After 5 weeks of twice daily use I never noticed any improvements in blemishes; I developed new acne&#47;whiteheads while using this serum and they either took just as long to fade or never actually healed (this normal for me so I don&#39;t believe it was a reaction to the serum). Also, this serum has a very strong earthy smell that&#39;s actually quite offensive when you first use it (doesn&#39;t linger after application, though); eventually you get used to it but it may not be for everyone.

Only need about half a pump to cover entire face. Applies smoothly. Somewhat soothing. Never caused any irritation. Would recommend for dry and sensitive skin types.

Don't have any real complaints about it. Sometimes it can restult in more oil but since I mostly use it overnight I always wash it off the next morning.

I love how lightweight it is to apply! I also love to use it if I ever experience an irritation or reaction to another product, it really helps to soothe my skin and heal dry patches.

Excellent for the body. Applies smoothly, absorbs quickly, doesn&#39;t leave you feeling greasy or tacky, and lasts all day! Also no fragrance! Great for dry and sensitive skin.

Easy to apply and spread evenly, doesn&#39;t feel rough or drying, easily rinses off. I only had a sample and used it twice, so hard to tell if it actually did anything; but it did feel nice.

Product does not have a pleasant smell, but I assume that means there&#39;s no added fragrances (so I don&#39;t mind it that much, and it doesn&#39;t linger). Been using it nightly for over a month and I&#39;m not seeing any visible results.

Goes on easily and doesn&#39;t feel sticky, tacky, or greasy afterwards.
