Products to help redness left behind by acne scaring?

I used to have really bad cystic acne and that’s gone now, but I have some blotchy redness over my cheeks that looks like it was caused by the scaring from all those spots I had over so many years. A derm said it’s not rosecea. Genetics might be a factor too, but scaring definitely made it worse. Has anyone found a product that helped with that? I’ve found products that helped a little and faded some specific PIE spots (tagged below), but there’s still some stubborn pigmentation left behind. Vit C and ninaciamine haven’t seemed to help. Keeping my skin super moisturized has helped a bit I think because it creates an environment my skin can heal in, but again, there’s some really stubborn blotchy redness still on my cheeks that drives me nuts. Hopefully someone out there has dealt with this and found a solution.
