Hey Guys,

I‘ve been mainly using western sunscreens so far, but I decided to test some Korean SPF this spring/summer 🌞 

After browsing through some Picky reviews, I chose these ones 😇

Ofc I won‘t open all of them right now. 
Can you suggest an order, which ones shall I use in spring, and which ones are more comfortable to wear in summer? I don‘t live in a humid environment but summers are pretty warm here.

SPF haul

It‘s so hard to find an ideal sunscreen… I LOVE the Cosrx one, the first SPF I‘m planning to repurchase. 

But its UVA protection factor is „only“ PA+++
Do you think it‘s enough? My skin is prone to UV spots.

Edit: all of my sunscreens are SPF50. My question would be about PA rating ☺️

I‘m looking for nice products with C vit derivatives. I‘m trying to avoid ascorbic acid cause it darkens my SF‘s. 

My goals: anti aging and fading spots from uv damage.

I‘ve been double cleansing for a while and I can clearly see its benefits for my combination skin ✨

I‘m listing the products I‘ve tried so far. 

➡️ I wonder if you could drop your cleansing oil favorites 💎in terms of SF / blackhead elimination💎. (My skin is not acne prone.)

(Before you ask: ofc I‘m using other products targeting this skin condition like BHA, niacinamide, retinoids 😌)

I‘m hesitating between ROVECTIN Skin Essentials Activating Treatment Lotion and Etude House Soonjung 10 Free Moist Emulsion 🤔🤔🤔

I have combo skin prone to dehydration. 

The product should be incorporated to my AM routine, so what I‘m looking for is something lightweight. 

Please drop your thoughts about these two ⬇️⬇️

Help me to choose between these hydrating products 🙆‍♀️

◻️As it contains a high percentage of niacinamide, it has to be incorporated slowly into your routine, otherwise you may experience breakout as I did 🤓
◻️Am I gonna repurchase? ➡️ No I‘m not. I figured out that niacinamide works best in lower percentages on my skin. 
◻️I don‘t want to give fewer stars than 4🌟, because it could potentially be a HG on acne prone skin.

◻️Texture: gel like
◻️Color/smell: no artificial colors, not perfumed. 
◻️Absorption: easily absorbed
◻️Pilling: if layered with several product of the same gel texture, it pills. May work best in a simplicist routine. 

◻️What I like about this serum:
▫️Multi-purpose product. It helps to normalize sebum production, reduce the appearance of pores, minimize pimples, promote cell turnover. 
▫️Easily accessible. 
▫️Fair price. 

The dropper hole is too small and may clog if the suspension is not shaken properly. 

🌟CLAIMS:
Contains 10% PURE azelaic acid

Azelaic acid provides a permanent solution to three main problems: Acne, rosacea and pigmentation spots. Its functions are as follows:
When applied topically it has an anti-inflammatory effect. It soothes inflammatory lesions and reduces redness.
Antibacterial action: Inhibits the growth of the acne-causing bacterium Propionibacterium acnes.
Anti-keratosis action: Regulates cell division processes in the upper layer of the skin, reducing the possibility of clogged pores and the risk of blackheads and acne.
It also has a non-negligible effect in fading acne scars and pigmentation marks caused by UV rays. They do this by inhibiting the production of tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production.

Vegan.
Not tested on animals.

🌟MY REVIEW:

Since the beginning of my skincare journey, I've incorporated a lot of active ingredients in my routine as I have several skin conditions that I want to address. (But my skin is not prone to acne.)
Well, azelaic acid was not an active ingredient that I considered to be useful in my routine; I always thought that it was rather for acne-prone skin. But my esthetician gave me this wonderful product to fight against blackheads and sun damage. 

I use this daily in my AM routine after washing my face with lukewarm water and applying toner. Make sure you shake the bottle properly prior to use!
The hole on the dropper is a bit too small, but if you shake the bottle well, this won't cause any problems. 

The suspension is white and runny with a subtle scent. It is very easily absorbed and pleasant to use. I apply hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, moisturizer and SPF afterwards. 

I have to say this is a very helpful agent in my routine. Together with niacinamide, it helps a lot with normalizing sebum production in my T zone. It also helps reducing redness and fading UV spots. I will definitely repurchase!

This serum really does reduce fine lines and wrinkles. As a nice „side effect“, it hydrates the skin like wonder. On evenings when I want to go easy with my skincare routine, I put 3 drops of Matrixyl after cleansing &amp; toner and then close it with La Roche Posay cicaplast balm. The smoothest skin guaranteed the next morning. It is worth using it persistently on the long run.

What I disliked:
▫️when left on a little longer, my skin got itchy;
▫️particularly difficult to wash off, I had to apply a sponge;
▫️not effective enough to clear the pores properly, on the other hand not gentle enough to be used more often. 

I think I’m gonna stick with traditional clay masks. 

◻️Claims: Carbonated bubble clay mask’s mud and charcoal have adsorptive power to clean up the skin wastes, carbonic acid and mud resolve pore cleansing in onestop. It makes your skin moist and smooth with botanical moisture ingredient.
◻️Texture: Creamy when applying. It‘s easy to apply a thin layer but do not waste time because it foams up quickly 🛁
◻️What I liked about it:
▫️easy application, no need to mix with water or toner;
▫️short waiting time, unlike for traditional clay masks;
▫️leaves a soft skin;
▫️clears SF’s on a short term.

I haven‘t experienced anything negative

Pleasant gel like texture, non-sticky formule,  easy absorbing, hygienic packaging, nice glass bottle ✨ Only 1 pump 💧 is sufficient for my face. Overall I like the hydrating effect. 💦
