
The only issue I have is that it’s a bit hard to twist the packaging when you’re in between skincare routine. So I always twist it first. But then I forgot to close it 🫠

🪴 What is it: An eye cream that targeted for brightening, elasticity and hydration. 

🪴 Texture: Smooth silky cream. 

🪴 Packaging: I have to mention this. Can you see the packaging. I’m familiar with twist and pump packaging. But this is different 🤣 

🪴 Thoughts: It contains Vit C, Backuchiol and Niacinamide which offer brightening effect and anti-aging effect that gives less irritation compared to retinol. Other than that, it contains 8-Pep Elasticity Complex which is a complex of 8 peptides that can boost collagen production. Again for the anti-wrinkle department. 

It also contains Powerful Moisturising Complex which consists of hydrating ingredients that most of us familiar with like Glycerin, Glyceryl Glucoside, Panthenol, Squalane and many more. 

The texture do play a big role here. It’s silky smooth that provides hydration without feeling greasy and oily. Usually for 1 pump is more than enough for my eye sockets. So I bring it down to my smile lines and neck area. 

It provides rich feeling to the skin without feeling uncomfortable. Lucky me that I didn’t get any milia around my eyes. 

I can say that it ticks the 3 claims. Brightening, hydration and elasticity. My eyes look less tired and my dark circles get brighter.

It is a great sunscreen after all. But I’m a bit perplexed as it promotes to be environmental friendly sunscreen yet it is not waterproof. In fact, not at all. All in all, I did find that I’m reaching out to use this sunscreen on cold sweater weather days. It’s a no go for hot days because if I unconsciously rubbed my eyes, good night it’s time to sleep 🤣

🌊 It’s a moisturising chemical sunscreen and environmental friendly. It promotes to not use oxybenzone and octinoxate in the formula. 

🌊 Texture: It’s a moisturising, watery and lightweight formula. Blends easily and didn’t leave a whitecast. It didn’t have any fragrance.  It gives natural dewy effect on the skin. 

🌊 Thoughts: When I first use it, the feeling reminds me to BOJ sunscreen except this one is more watery. It’s moisturising, very easy to blend and not making me look like ghost 👻 I did a wear test under uncomfortable situations like sit under the sun (with shades ofc) and sweating like crazy. Both didn’t pilling. It works fine under makeup as well, it didn’t make my foundation floating 🤣

A heads up, I tested this sunscreen for eye-stinging-test (EST) once and it didn’t end well. It stings so bad I cried and had to sleep because I can’t open my eyes 🤣 However, since most sunscreen can’t survive the EST because I have very sensitive eyes - this point won’t reflecting on my final rating.

It’s not really a great moisturising lipbalm. Above average but really amazing packaging. Maybe this is what pretty privilege is. 

This lipbalm is not the most moisturising on the lips. But the packaging is what drew me in. It’s magnetic closure with very aesthetically pleasing packaging. I love the dark mauve colour but it doesn’t look the best on me. 

If we see it from afar, my lips look black. Very gothic vibes 😂 Jokes aside, since I love the packaging I kept on applying this lip balm. And my crusty ass lips become so much better. It’s softer, plump and less crusty. 

It’s not the best moisturising lip balm, but it won 🏆 my heart. If you’re a sucker for aesthetic packaging, grab this one!

⭐️ What is it: A serum that helps to soothe the skin, improves skin texture and brightens skin tone with licorice water. 

⭐️ Ingredients: This serum contains 66% of Licorice Water and Licorice Root Extract that can provide bright skin tone and smooth skin texture. It’s also in pH 5.5. A mild acidity. 

Licorice is a perennial medicinal plant belonging to the legume family. Licorice root and rhizome, those have been used as an herbal medicine
since ancient times.

⭐️ Texture: Medium weight milky texture but not sticky. 

⭐️ Thoughts: This serum is what it claimed, brightening, soothing and hydrating. It contains Niacinamide and Glutathione that can helps with brightening effect. I do see an improvement in overall skin tone and how it works on my redness but with acne scars, not yet. 

This serum contains water hold system method which the moisture and nutrients in the serum form a network that does not dry out and still provide moisture after time passes. 

It suits people with sensitive skin as it not contain any fragrance. It nourishes the skin, give hydration in depth and improves my skin tone. I woke up everyday with oily skin. It’s too oily even when I did slugging the night before. But since I added this serum in my routine, my skin still shiny but not oily. 

It might be the synergy effects with other products that I use too but this little thing make me happy 😆

☀️ It is a chemical sunscreen that comes with 4 UV filters. 

 ☀️ Ingredients: It come with Hyaluronic Acid and Centella Asiatica, hence the name; Hyalu-Cica. It provides the hydrating texture and somewhat very soothing as well. 

☀️ Texture: It’s very watery and lightweight. Effortless to blend and leaves a slight dewy finish. Not too much that it makes my skin oilier after few hours but somehow it makes my skin look brighter in some way. 

☀️ Thoughts: From the video you can see that it stings my eyes but not make it watery. It’s minimal and since I know the trick to avoid it ar all cost, I won’t count this here. 

The texture is beautiful, amazing finishing and it makes me want to reapply sunscreen! A win! There’s no whitecast too which expected from chemical sunscreen. It’s great for sensitive skin as well. 

I do read some reviews that this sunscreen gives minimal pilling but lucky me I don’t experience it. I tried to rub it hard fresh on skin and after few hours, still good. It’s been a long time since a sunscreen excites me in every application. Love it!
