I use a cotton pillowcase and while I’ve heard that these specific of pillow cases can cause breakouts. How can I decrease the chances of breakouts without spending any money ?

So I recently realized that my skin barrier is damaged since I tend to get acne very often regardless of cleansing and moisturizing (+spf) but I want to know which niacinamide product has helped you guys with acne prone skin/ oily(t-zone) . I know niacinamide does a lot of things but my main target is to help acne and hyperpigmentation. 
Drop your recommendations pls !

while my breakouts have worsened since I began college. One of the the other issues that have remained stubborn is how visible my post acne skin appears. I am in between whether it is hyperpigmentation or acne scars or both. To any one who has had a family situation what are the best products that helped you with these problems?

Recently my skin has been acting up these pest couple of days so I’ve taken a break from using any exfoliating ingredients. Regardless my skin feels dehydrated as well as a little damaged since my checks are my most sensitive area. Does anyone have any recommendations for moisturizers or serums that soothe/repair/ but also hydrate the skin ? 
ps. I’m looking for something on the gentler side with no fragrance nor alcohol .

I honestly love the product just gotta wear it twice or maybe three times for the pimples to be completely gone.

I pop one on when my pimples are big and white before going to sleep and the next day all that gunk is out ans the size of the pimples is hardly there. I suggest to put the Hero Cosmetics Post Blemis Balm and its probably the best combo! 
Helps me from not picking my acne and is hardly visible for day pimples.

The product is very pricy but I personally splurge when it comes to sun protection. 
The product pillss a little so its best for a light to medium skin care routine. Not heavy serums or moisterizers.

I love this sunscreen soo much! I have oily skin and PIE so the tint and matte finish leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. This sunscreen is good for hot humid days. When using the product it leaves my makeup really nice. The tint is a very light coverage. The spf 40 makes this product even better since it provides a high protection especially on hot summer days. It is also water resistant sk a good sunscreen for work outs and doesnt sting my eyes.

Unfortunately it was way to strong for mh sensitive skin and made my skin feel irritated during after usinh the product. I used very little and gradually grew in time but it didnt make me skin become resilient to thw product.
