When do you apply essence? I thought it was after toner, but the Routine Suggestion in the Picky App suggests it after my serum. The essence is thinner than my usual toner and serum so the thinnest consistency to thickest gets kind of confusing here too. I've never really used an essence before so I just want to make sure I use it correctly.

What's your favorite micellar water? I'm using Avant BiPhase Hyaluronic Acid Rejuvenating Micellar Water because it came in my BoxyCharm in January but it's far too expensive for me to buy on it's own when I run out. I don't use it daily but like it for mornings to cleanse if I'm in a hurry and sometimes as my first cleanse at night.

So the other day there was a discussion about the 3 things you'd want to see Picky add to the app. Last night I thought of another. I would love for there to be a way to have a list of specific products or ingredients that irritates a user's skin. If it was a list of products,  you would add any products you had a bad reaction to and then could compare them to try to figure out what's triggering your skin. If it was ingredients maybe it could be used with the user's skin type to move products with those ingredients to the Risky category so it would catch the user's attention quicker and to maybe stay away from it. As someone who's skin tends to be very sensitive I think this would a wonderful addition. What do you all think?

A place for a personal irritant list

I've heard the phrase Danger Triangle but don't know exactly what it refers to on your face. Is it your whole nose, just the top between your eyebrows? It confuses me and I just want to make sure I never mess with something in that area since I tend to be a picker.

So I've never entered the give aways before and I am so excited that I just realized I won two in a row!! I won the Cosrx Light Propolis Ampoule and the Abib Heartleaf set. How often do others usually win when they enter?

The jar looks like it holds a lot of product but it&#39;s deceiving. Thankfully you don&#39;t need much. I also think for someone that&#39;s not used to retinol or vitamin c, the fact that these are together in this might really irritate their skin.

Used this list night for the first time and I&#39;m in love. My skin gets irritated very easily by actives but this didn&#39;t irritate my skin at all. I did just a thin layer to my whole face and it dried down pretty well and didn&#39;t leave residue on my pillow or feel sticky when I woke up. My pores look minimized and I&#39;m not seeing any flakiness from the retinol. I do have some minor redness this morning but that&#39;s normal for me.

It&#39;s very expensive (65 USD), but seems worth the money for me since it&#39;s difficult for me to find a mineral sunscreen that blends easy and is also a high spf. It does contain lavender essential oils so for some people this might be too sensitizing.

This is definitely my new HG spf! It&#39;s a physical SPF 50 with only Zinc oxide and unlike many mineral spf, it&#39;s thin and fluid more like a chemical sunscreen. It spreads very nicely and allows for more to be added without pilling. It has a wonderful lavender smell from essential oils, and none of the normal sunscreen smell. It also has plankton extract to help protect against hyperpigmentation and clary sage ferment to give a more even and bright tone.

My only dislike is that it it doesn&#39;t come in a bigger bottle for the price ($39 USD), but I like it so much I&#39;ll keep buying it anyway.

This is by far my favorite serum to use. It minimizes my pores, hydrates, and just over all makes my skin look smoother and calmer. There is no fragrance which I appreciate since fragrance can irritate my skin. I have noticed an overall difference to little acne bumps as well since I began using this because of the niacinamide.

This product is amazing but it has a green tint which freaked me out at first because it took a bit to dry down and go invisible. It was nice though because you&#39;re able to see where you still need to apply and by the time I was done rubbing it all in it was invisible.

This goes on so well and doesn&#39;t smell like sunscreen. It wore beautifully over my moisturizer and under foundation without making me look greasy or making my makeup pill. It left me glowy which I like. I don&#39;t think dry skin like mine could wear this alone without a moisturizer but I feel like someone with normal to oily skin definitely could.

If using as a first cleanse it really only works if you have very little make-up or just sunscreen on. Otherwise you have to use quite a bit. Also it stung my eyes really bad so I do not recommend it for removing eye makeup at all. It&#39;s not super hydrating so if you have dry skin and you&#39;re using it in the morning,  McKee air to follow up with good hydrating products.

This product smells positively edible and the creamy consistency feels nice on the skin. I like to use it as either a gentle morning cleanse or a first cleanse at night. You do get a large amount of product for not too much money (11.8oz for $10.99) so that&#39;s nice. I tend to just keep it as back-up if I run out of my favorites or I&#39;m just wanting a refreshing scent.
