I use this to calm down my skin but it will sting for while due my skin is very sensitive now. After a few day usage, my skin is calm down and feel better. I feel it had cooling effect at very first and then it does spread easily absorb well into my skin. I bought this by my own because I wanted to try Bifida product since bifida has a good benefit to skin.
