Rachel7leo review for Rice Ceramide Moisturizing Toner

This was the first k beauty product that I came across and I loved it. Which got me into k beauty and trying out more skin products. This toner has a silky feeling and glides smoothly into my skin. It's also very hydrating Wich I loved I had never tried a toner that was this moisturizing. It has a very nice scent which I was concerned about at first because I thought it was going to irritate my skin, but surprisingly it didn't. Also for the price this perfect it lasts a very long time.
