I don&#39;t know what&#39;s bad in this because it really helped my skin

I used this product together with the natural bha returning a-sol. My skin last 2018 was the worst and this really helped me A LOT! Pictures are from March 2018-December 2018. Tho I still have the acne marks until now :( It&#39;s so hard to fade.
