I have acne-prone, sensitive, combo skin and want to start adding peptides into my routine. I use vitamin c serum every morning with sunblock, retinol 2 nights a week and AHA/BHA/PHA wash off mask the other 2 nights a week. I added those products below.

Do you use any holy grail products I should consider?

I have acne-prone, combination skin and I can’t find a mineral sunscreen that I love. It either leaves a white cast or doesn’t reapply well. I’m looking for SPF 30+

I’m currently using KINSHIP’s sunscreen. It doesn’t exacerbate my acne, but leaves a purplish tint upon re-application and that’s not a cute look.

Please help, I appreciate any and all recommendations :)

What’s your holy grail mineral sunscreen?

I have acne-prone, sensitive, combo skin and have heard that azelaic acid is a holy grail acid for fighting acne and lightening pigmentation. However, I can’t figure out which ingredients it shouldn’t be mixed with. I know it can’t be mixed with AHAs or BHAs, but please let me know if any others.

Incorporating azelaic acid

Best used at night since it’s a bit on the thicker side. Use as the last step of your routine; it really helps seal everything else in.

Really hydrating and helps with fine lines and wrinkles.

Skeptical that it’s actually SPF 35 given the active ingredient...

Really wanted to love this because it blends easily for a mineral sunscreen and didn’t break me out.

Nothing bad! Just remember to apply on damp skin

Love it! Use it in my morning routine and it readily absorbs. Easy to layer everything else on top and I’ve noticed my skin has become brighter

May not be moisturizing enough for those with dry skin, but worked perfectly for my combination skin. I add a moisturizer on top which helps with SPF application during the day.

Helped calm down my hormonal acne! Really soothing and my skin loves it. I use it twice a day.
