Rice Toner
Moisturising toner and it does brighten your skin. Great for dull/dry skin. It's also great for exfoliating nights to retain moisture and prevent dehydration
Unfortunately, daily use of this led to an allergic reaction, when I reduced the use to 2-3 times a week there was no reaction. This is my personal experience and I would still recommend this product for other people
