The sheet is super soft and thin! It adheres well to the skin and feels like your second skin! I got this as a free gift and I decided to try it last night when I spotted some small red itchy bumps on my face. I noticed that it does calm down the red spots and I feel less itchy around the area as well. It was also very soothing and feels a bit of cooling effect eventhough I didn't put it in the fridge at all. Overall, very satisfied.
