Claims to hydrate skin to create a younger and more supple appearance. It works by moisturizing the skin and fighting free radicals with its antioxidants. This includes 𝟳 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗱 (𝗛𝗔), 𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁. Papaya extract is also known to remove dead skin cells and flaky patches on surface and caffeine to reduce puffiness. ✔ Trivia: Papaya is abundant here in the Philippines and its extract used as main ingredient for whitening bar soaps before kojic soaps came in. I was using Acwell Balancing Toner and switched to this one for a while to test. If you're familiar with my former toner, it has a watery texture. I assumed it would be the same, but when I tried to get some out of this, I was dumbfounded. 😳 It actually has a viscous consistency which reminded me of ISNtree's Hyaluronic Acid Toner. It's difficult if you squeeze the bottle. I apply 3 drops in am and pm for 2 weeks. I like how hydrating this is and combined with wonderful ingredients. I just finished my TO Niacinamide, so it's favorable it has that. Overall, this is a decent toner + essence which any skin types may enjoy. As always, our skin reactions can be different for every individual.
