Fractionated Eye-Contour Concentrate
I've been using this once or twice a day for a couple of months, to target hooded eyes that are becoming more prominent as I get older; I'm convinced its working! I never put actives around my eyes before, so there was a big room for improvements lol, so maybe thats why I saw a difference in so short a time. It worked on under eye dark circles as well.
It's pretty watery, makes it easy to overdo it and waste product (and this stuff is NOT CHEAP), and you would loose it all if you accidently knocked the bottle over. Its also has Cu as the main active, which conflicts with other acrives, like retinol. I irritated the hell out of my skin when I applied the FECC too far down (again, easy to over do it), that took a week to heal
