1025 Dokdo Toner

I thought this toner was very lightweight and moisturizing. It is very runny, almost like water. This toner is perfect for layering. The ingredient list is also very simple, so I think this would be good for sensitive skin types too.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. But I don’t think this would be enough for people with extremely dry skin, lacking in oils.
