Madagascar Centella Toning Toner
🌸Packaging - it's in a plastic bottle with screw cap. Also comes in a 210 or 400ml bottle.
🌸Texture - waterlike
🌸Price - i say midrange. But for a 400ml product it's quite affordable.
🌸My thoughts and experience.
This product is a really mild exfoliating toner. When i say mild, you can use this everyday, or even when your skin barrier is compromised.
It's geared towards sensitive and acne prone skin.
When it comes to performance, this toner is a bit too mild to be an exfoliant for me but it's the best when I'm trying to wipe off the left over dirt on my face after cleanser. It's also quite hydrating and layering is no issue at all.
It has no fragrance as well and very easy on the face.
For my dry skin, i prefer a bit more heavy toner cause i tend to layer this more than necessary to hydrate my skin.
🌼Repurchase??
No. Don't get me wrong. This is a lovely toner. But it's more geared towards, sensitive, acne prone and oily skin. For my dry, resilient skin it can't perform at it's best.

Yes. It's a centella asiatica toner. If you want a mild exfoliant, calming and hydrating toner this is it. Also comes in a big 400ml bottle.

I feel exactly the same as you say, only I have not felt the moisturizing part of the toner; from the ampoule yes, a little. But I complete my routine with a moisturizer and my SPF.
