The Watermelon Glow toner has a slightly more viscous texture that I am used to due to the cactus water. My skin is definitely more hydrated! You can either apply with toner with your fingers or with cottons pads, but in my opinion, it would be best to forgo the cotton pads, as it reduces product waste! And like all the other Watermelon Glow products from Glow Recipe, it does smell vaguely like watermelon, but is not overpowering!
