𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 & 𝙎𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙡 This toner is really watery like super runny. There is a light herbal scent to it. The scent goes away really quick and I must say I like the scent. It is slightly brown in terms of colour. 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 When it come to hydration claim of this product I found out that I have to layer this toner 2 or 3 times for my skin to feel hydrated. One layer of this toner is not enough to hydrate my skin. Really don't mind layering this product as it sinks in immediately making my skin soft and dewy.
