It’s a toner which has a thick consistency. It starts off as something thick like it is plump but when spreaded, it becomes watery. It doesn’t really have a smell. It has a whiff of an herbal scent which fades away quickly. This is so lightweight. It’s perfect for the 7-skin method. I like using it both day and night. I often use it more as an essence than a toner. I love to pour about 4-5 drops on my palm and pat it gently on my face. It doesn’t feel hydrating when I put on just one layer though. I like putting on 2-3 layers to be exact! I also add more layers if my skin has been irritated due to products that I have used. This toner really saves my skin whenever it’s in trouble. This won’t be my last repurchase of this product for sure. I highly recommend this to all skin types! It’s like water for my thirsty skin. My skin feels so hydrated and plump afterwards. It’s like it has chugged a lot of water and retained moisture. I’m not even kidding.
