I honestly thought that this was a dry, rice bran that had to be activated with water. I like that it’s already mixed in so in turn it’s very gentle on the skin. The mask is made with 9 kinds of native Korean rice bran extracts that are a focal part of traditional Korean skin care methods. The mask itself is very creamy with little chunks of rice and of course smells like rice. I left it on for 10 min and after used a bit of water to massage the rice grains for a deeper exfoliation. I then washed it off with water which then turned the mask mushy and was a little bit hard to wash off. I then used a cleansing sponge to remove the remaining mask. My skin felt really soft and oddly enough very hydrated. My face didn’t feel tight after it was completely dry, it surprisingly felt like I had put on moisturizer! This mask will definitely be incorporated into my night time routine. This mask is so gentle even those with dry and sensitive would be able to use this. 

My face didn’t feel as clean as I would like it.

This cleanser has a thick cream like consistency which must be foamed prior to use. It has an earthy scent that dissipates quickly. I always use this cleanser in addition to an oil based cleanser to get my oily&#47;combination skin clean. By itself it cleans very minimal makeup&#47;oils on the face. It’s very gentle and it doesn’t make my skin feel tight. I personally feel that this cleanser would work best for people with sensitive, dry&#47;normal skin. I felt that without the oil cleanser it just didn’t clean my face well enough as other cleansers.

As you all know I’m a sunscreen snob, I won’t use any sunscreen that’ll leave a white cast or that reeks of sunscreen. I have to say I LOVE this one!!! The consistency is so light and airy, it doesn’t feel like sunscreen at all. It feels more like a moisturizer and doesn’t feel heavy on the face. There’s also no white cast making it suitable as a makeup base. It doesn’t have a discernible scent either. This’ll definitely be a repurchase item for me.

Now my only issue is how much ampoule you get for the price. For $40 you only get 10 grams/.35oz of product, which can become pricey in the long run.

Hands down some of the most creative packaging I’ve seen in a while. The ampoule is housed in a syringe with no needle of course and comes prepackaged individually in a box of 10. The ampoule itself is milky and slightly watery. It has a slight herbal scent that dissipates quickly. The ampoule sinks into the skin quickly leaving no tackiness/stickiness behind but rather leaving the skin feeling very soft. For me personally the syringe houses enough ampoule for 2 applications. I’ll definitely continue using but sparingly since my skin really seemed to like it. 

This moisturizer has become my go to nightly cream. It has a thick consistency but when applied to the skin it thins out and doesn’t feel heavy. It doesn’t have a discernible scent either. My only gripe with this is, it doesn’t fully absorb into the skin which is why I prefer to use this in the night. There are times I use the cream in the day but only on my chin area as that’s my dry areas. I definitely recommend this for people with dry skin and also for oily&#47;combination skin like myself.
