Anyone have an idea what kind of pillow and etc might help with migraines, neck/shoulder/back pain. I got injured at work way over a year ago and I see a doctor but it seems like I never can seem to get comfortable at night. I toss and turn all throughout the night and in the morning I always get the worse neckish pain with a migraine. I am open to anything really. Not sure of it is a pillow problem which it probably is because I really need a new one but anyone have any advice for me. Thank you 😊
