I now know why everyone is raving about it! Made with over 77% of Rice Extract, this toner has a milky consistency and it is very hydrating. It doesn’t leave a sticky feeling and makes my skin feel soft and plumped. It creates a protective barrier and I don’t feel the need to use a serum afterwards. Finally, it contains Niacinamide to brighten and even complexion so I can’t wait to keep using it!
