The Pearl Tinted Eye Illuminating Treatment
I tried to like this product, as I usually love Tatcha’s skincare. It just did not work for me. I do love the packaging and the texture of the product.
I have problems blending it properly. It seems to stay in place before I can do anything with it. I will finish my little jar but I won’t buy again. The way I can almost make it work is under a tinted sunscreen.
