Stroke of Brilliance Brightening Serum

Anyone else have the issue where the product crusted up around the outer rim? It wasn't expired, I kept it out of sunlight but every time I opened the bottle- crusty build up again (reminded me how that always happened on the ordinary caffeine eye serum) I had such high hope for this vitamin C. Ive been using this on the backs of my hands under my sunscreen. Its fairly hydrating so it works well under spf.

Even though the ingredient list seems to have really good ingredients i found no changes in my skin or hyperpigmentation. I actually have been using it on the backs of my hands before SPF to use it up. Won't repurchase, there's way better VitC serums on the market I dont think i’ll repurchase this vit C, im using Timeless HAC vitc serum right now and i feel it works better tbh.
