What is centella? Centella Asiatica also called Cica is known as the leaf that brings life, which is found in Madagascar the oldest Island on earth. This leaf is known for its healing and protecting properties. It is rich in antioxidants which help in reducing inflammation and combat redness and acne. It is also rich in amino acid which helps to improve skin elasticity and fight signs of aging. It also helps in strengthening weakened and compromised skin barrier. Centella is a multifunctional ingredient which has become popular in Korean skincare realm and thanks to SKIN1004 we are getting the benefits of untouched and pure ingredient. SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule: it contains 100% centella asiatica extract. It is formulated at an optimum pH between 5 & 6 which is the natural pH of healthy skin. Packaging & texture: It comes in a luxurious looking yet simple glass bottle of 100 ml with an L- shaped pipette for dispensing the amount needed. It has a watery consistency with no fragnrance. My experience: I have used it daily for the last 12 days and I found it very soothing for the skin. It instantly cools down the skin after application. I have noticed some reduction in the active spots but it didn’t heal them completely, I guess I need to use and observe it for a longer period of time. I have also noticed a healthy glow in my skin so that’s a plus. Overall I would give it 4 out 5. I just need more time to form a proper understanding of the effects of the product.
