Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Free of Alcohol & Fragrance
this toner is very hydrating, it's such a good base before the rest of my skincare. it has helped smoothen my skin slightly, and it definitely locks in a lot of hydration. i have dry and sensitive skin and this product was a god send honestly.
i run out way too fast, and i wish there was a 200ml version because 150ml is too little and 300ml is too much in my opinion.
