bubenimpartim review for Calming Serum Green Tea + Panthenol

This is a calming serum that it didn’t help me at all. The formula contains %76.49 green tea leaf water and %2 panthenol as well as mugwort, centella and sodium hyaluronate. Sounds so good right? But did it help to calm down my redness? No. Just moistened my skin. I wasn’t expecting any miracles but ingredients sounds so promising but disappointed me. It’s also brighten the skin but I didn’t noticed anything. I continued to use because green tea provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits and with panthenol help to moisturize well.
